The site is full of information and photos showcasing the beautiful Cote d'Azur as well as everything you need to know about renting our fabulous 2-bed self catering holiday apartment (sleeps 2-4) which is available for long and short holiday lets all year round.The holiday apartment is in an old period building and situated in the elegant Musicians' Quarter - which is in the centre of Nice. It is just 10 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the main shopping street and restaurants (read what our guests have said about the apartment in the Guest Book). The holiday accommodation is bright, airy and in a quiet area. It sleeps up to 4 people (1 double room and 1 twin room + cot) and is just a perfect base from which you can enjoy your holidays in Nice.
