High Season (16/06 - 31/08) €800 per week
Mid Season (1/04 - 15/06, 1/09 - 31/10) €680 per week
Low Season (1/11 - 31/03) €550 per week
The rate is for the apartment per week (not per person) and it is an all inclusive rate - this means there are no hidden extras for towels, linen, etc... Your weekly rate includes: towels, bed linen, electricity, water charges and heating. We are happy to accept bookings for shorter breaks (minimum of 3 nights); 3 to 5 night breaks are calculated at 85% of weekly rate.
Change over day is flexible, however, to help us prepare the apartment for you between guests, we do ask you to arrive after 4pm on your arrival date and vacate the apartment by 10am on departure.
Breakage/key deposit: there is a refundable breakage/key deposit of €200 which must be paid before keys are dispatched.
Payment conditions: 25% of the total rent is payable to confirm and secure your booking. The balance of rent and the €200 breakage/key deposit must be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We prefer payment via bank transfer, PayPal or credit/debit card (via PayPal).
